Project Management Team (Residential)
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our project management team for the design and construction of high-rise apartment developments in Dublin's Docklands and traditional housing projects in the greater Dublin Region/M50 corridor.
About the Role
* Project Manager: Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
* Site Manager: Oversee site operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
* Quantity Surveyor: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate cost control.
* Site Engineer: Assist Site Managers in overseeing site operations, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality standards.
* General Foreman / Site Agent: Coordinate daily site activities, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
* Safety Officer: Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and monitor site conditions.
Requirements
* Several years' experience in a related field.
* Proven track record with developers and main contractors.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
