Our client, a highly regarded solicitor's firm in Dublin City, providing a broad range of services, is seeking an Office Manager with bookkeeping experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and may have previous experience in a legal firm. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office, diary management, account billing, invoice management, bookkeeping, payroll and other ad-hoc tasks/projects that might arise Requirements: 3 + years experience in a similar environment preferred Natural IT aptitude, Proficient in MS Suite Knowledge of solicitors accounts regulations preferred Honest, trustworthy person of impeccable character and integrity Highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Accounting package is preferable Skills: Office manager 3+ Year experience Account Billing Invoice management
