Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to provide guidance and support to our management team and employees across EMEA on employee relations, performance management, and probation queries.
Responsibilities:
* Solution Recommendations: Provide recommendations to resolve employee relations-related enquiries, escalating as necessary to management for further investigation.
* Employee Guidance: Interpret policies and provide guidance on employee inquiries, ensuring accurate application of HR procedures.
* Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records and metrics.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other centres of excellence to drive business outcomes.
* HR Inbox Management: Manage the HR inbox, responding to relevant queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a centralized HR department or shared services organization.
* Education: Bachelor's degree required.
* Skills: Strong professional verbal and written communication skills; experience with case management systems and Workday is highly desirable.
