Responsibilities
* Support the Agri Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and expand market share
* Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural contractors, and distributors
* Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
* Manage pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations
* Oversight of order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support
* Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
* Mentor and train junior sales team members
* Step in as the deputy Sales Manager in their absence
Criteria
* Proven experience in agricultural sales, construction, or a related industry
* Previous leadership or management experience, even in a different sector
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel
