Exciting new opportunity for a HR Specialist with experience in payroll preparation/reconciliation to join a dynamic organisation based in Cork. This role offers excellent hybrid working conditions.
Key accountabilities include:
* First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
* Support hiring managers with coaching and training
* Provide monthly reports on HR metrics as required
* Support training, update employee policies and procedures and employee data as required
* Deliver wellbeing initiatives and HR projects as required
* Lead the payroll process for HR ensuring payroll preparation and reconciliation is accurate at all times
* Close working relationship with Finance/external third-party payroll processor
Experience required:
* HR qualified with 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR role
* Experience in prepping/reconciliation of payroll is mandatory
