Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Front of House Manager for one of our well-established clients in Waterville Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations. The Front of House Manager will lead the front-of-house staff, cultivate a welcoming environment for guests, and uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS
* 2 years’ experience in a Front of House or Front Office Management role within a 5-star Hotel environment is necessary.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation, and Time Management Skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* To support all areas of the property to ensure that all customers are receiving the best customer service care.
* Have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
* Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 annually depending on experience.
* Performance-based annual bonus.
