Overview of role:
UPMC Ireland is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Talent Resourcing Administrator who will provide administration support to the Recruitment team ensuring the smooth running of the department in an organised and efficient manner. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System
* Manage the job boards via jobs aggregator (Broadbean)
* Scheduling a high volume of interviews with potential candidates.
* Coordinating & liaising with internal stakeholders to support interviews.
* Diary Management
* Reply to all unsuccessful and ad hoc applications.
* Conduct reference checks for incoming employees.
* Working with HR admin team to align pre onboarding and onboarding programmes for all new starters including merchandise.
* Management of UPMC recruitment inbox queries.
As required:
* Ad hoc tasks/projects as and when required to seek efficiencies in our ways of working.
* Attendance at recruitment fairs throughout the year.
* Producing the relevant recruitment metrics in presentation format for the HR team.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Third level qualification would be an advantage - preferably in the relevant discipline with previous experience (min 2-3 years) in an administration position in a recruitment/HR environment.
* Proficient in IT systems, in particular MS Word, Outlook & PowerPoint with the ability to present data in a visual and creative way.
* Ability to work on own initiative and meet strict deadlines in an efficient and timely manner with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent organisational skills with a growth mindset.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
* Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact in a confident and clear manner.
* Ability to establish effective internal and external relationships.
* CIPD membership would be an advantage.
