This role offers a unique blend of remote and on-site work, allowing the successful candidate to gain valuable experience within a dynamic finance team reporting directly to the FP&A Manager.
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be exposed to various finance aspects, including business partnering, financial analysis, capital expenditure, forecasting, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with different business areas to review, analyze, and advise on budget variances.
* Track and report monthly actuals versus budgets.
* Review cases of capital spend and assess their value-add to the business.
* Participate in various projects as required.
* Conduct forecasting and financial analysis.
* Ensure continuous process improvement and optimization.
* Collaborate closely with the FP&A team and wider business.
* Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualification.
* 1-4 years' experience in a similar multinational environment is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving capability, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively.
* Enthusiasm, natural curiosity, and ambition.
* Excellent Excel skills.
