Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development and Customization
o Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
o Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation tools.
2. Integration and APIs
o Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
o Ensure data integrity and synchronization across integrated systems.
3. Performance Optimization
o Identify and resolve performance issues within Salesforce solutions.
o Optimize database queries, batch processes, and user interface components.
4. Collaboration and Support
o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
5. Testing and Documentation
o Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of Salesforce applications.
o Document design, configuration, and code changes thoroughly.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
* Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative features (Flow, Process Builder, Reports, etc.).
* Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
* Familiarity with version control tools like Git, GearSet.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
