Responsibilities:

* Accurately process customer orders and manage phone calls including orders, inquiries, and complaints.
* Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Provide product and service information to customers and support our sales representatives.
* Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems.
