About the Role
As an Electrical Site Inspector, you will bring strong technical expertise in MEP installations, project management, site inspections, and design engineering. You should have:
A minimum of 5 years’ contract management experience on commercial MEP projects.
A Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technician or a Senior Electrical Trades qualification.
Extensive knowledge of wiring and building regulations.
Experience running commercial electrical projects and working on commercial installations.
Key Responsibilities
Attend site meetings and carry out site inspections.
Prepare detailed reports and verify installations against agreed designs and technical submitting.
Work alongside Project Design Engineers to respond to technical queries and ensure contractors follow design specifications.
Represent the company at site and technical meetings.
Develop inspection plans with designers and conduct inspections at key project stages.
Monitor installation quality and project progress.
Main Duties
Support electrical project engineers.
Assist in surveys of electrical projects.
