Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager Sales to lead the Finance Sales function within Musgrave Wholesale & Foodservice.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage weekly sales reporting, ensuring variances versus target and LY are understood and communicated.
* Ensure daily, weekly, and periodic performance reporting is accessible, user-focused, and action-oriented.
* Deliver support to budget owners to understand key sales trends.
* Lead the completion of the Budget, Forecast, and 3-Year Plans for Sales.
* Support the development and execution of the business strategy and annual business plan.
* Proactively support commercial decisions and add value to the decision-making process.
Requirements
* Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.).
* Bachelor's degree or other relevant professional qualification.
* 2+ years experience in a business partnering role.
* Leadership qualities to lead and develop a motivated team.
* Significant experience managing stakeholders and operating at a senior level within an organization.
* Potential to be a future Commercial Financial Controller.
