Contract Administrator/Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a designated portfolio of airline customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
* Oversee rent and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Support colleagues and associated teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Pursue process improvement initiatives, driving continuous growth and development.
* Schedule and manage lease contract events, ensuring seamless execution.
* Manage accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial stability.
* BUILD AND DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, promoting effective communication and cooperation.
* Support IT projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation.
* Maintain accurate data input and maintenance, ensuring data integrity.
* Manage CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, utilizing insights to enhance services.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a support, process improvement or similar operations role, with a proven track record of success.
* Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable is highly advantageous.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands.
* Aircraft leasing experience is a significant advantage, but not mandatory.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
* Strong Microsoft Office and process improvement skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
