About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts and Service Coordinator to oversee the coordination of service activities. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organisational skills, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments for equipment repairs and maintenance.
* Manage logistics related to shipping and receiving of parts and equipment.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
* Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment repair history and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely availability of parts needed for repairs.
* Assist in training new staff on operational procedures related to service coordination.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role within the mechanical service industry.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of repair processes.
* Proficient in using CMMS software or similar systems for tracking maintenance activities.
* Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and customers.
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
