We are recruiting for a Head Kitchen Steward to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for rosters, training & supervising of the stewarding team.
* Keeping in line with HACCP.
* Cleaning crockery, cutlery & pots and pans using dishwashing machines provided.
* Cleaning walls, floors, equipment and other areas.
* Removal of rubbish to the compactor.
* Ensuring cleanliness of back of house areas.
* Moving crockery and other items around the hotel as required.
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will have good English level.
* The ability to work on your own initiative.
* The ability to work in a team or alone.
