Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities To drive energy, innovation, and food culture across the kitchens and lead culinary professionals To ensure that food presentation is innovative and delivering a great customer experience Ensure that the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained in the kitchens and associated areas in line with current legislation.
Training and mentoring of staff and food development Maintain good communications and working relationships with your team, customers, and the wider team
Qualifications The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, the right candidate should preferably have extensive experience working in corporate catering.
Previous Management experience where you were responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes Previous experience as a head chef of a substantial kitchen brigade with responsibility for food production and labour management Recognised culinary or kitchen management qualification.
