We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Industrial Engineer Contractor (3 Month Contract) to support a surge in Business Process Improvement activity across multiple projects. The contractor will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The work will include Process Step Timings and Work Content Graphs, Throughput/Capacity and COGs modeling, as well as Make-Buy analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed process step timings and develop work content graphs.
* Analyze throughput and capacity to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
* Develop cost of goods sold (COGs) models to support financial decision-making.
* Perform Make-Buy analysis to evaluate outsourcing and insourcing opportunities.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree Qualified
* 3 Years plus, proven Manufacturing experience in Business Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
* Strong background in process mapping, timing analysis, and workflow optimization.
* Experience with throughput, capacity, and COGs modeling.
* Knowledge of Make-Buy analysis and strategic sourcing.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
