Join us as a Store Manager in our Tralee Store.
Responsibilities
* You will own overall performance and running of your store.
* Motivate and consistently deliver targets and objectives.
* Foster an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement for self and team.
* Seek out opportunities to work on projects and collaborate with different teams.
* Champion the best customer experience in store.
* Pioneer a connected life and lead your team to help guests discover lifestyle solutions.
* Champion change and support your team in an ever-changing workplace.
* Be responsible for KPIs for store and teams in areas such as sales, stock, audit, and security.
* Responsible for all RLP policies and processes for store audits.
Customer Experience
You will make customers feel phenomenal by:
* Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them professionally.
* Promoting customer self-service with a ‘show’ rather than ‘do’ attitude.
* Engaging with customers to tell a story about our product range.
Sales Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving sales by:
* Motivating your team to exceed targets through coaching and support.
* Maintaining expert-level knowledge of all products.
* Engaging with customers in an approachable manner.
* Promoting smaller products and services through cross-selling and upselling.
Team Support
You will go beyond the expected by:
* Supporting your team and manager.
* Participating in projects that enhance customer experience.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends.
* Continuously looking for improvements in processes or services.
Team Appreciation

Skills and Experience Required
* Strong experience in retail and managing store teams.
* Proven success in achieving targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in a customer-facing/service position.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Passionate about giving guests an outstanding experience.
* Managed inventory and controlled budgets.
* Comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment.
* Coaching and mentoring teams comes naturally to you.
