About Kare Plan
We pride ourselves on having great communication between care and office staff members.
Our team includes Receptionist, Client Care Co-Ordinator, Client Care Managers, HR and Recruitment staff, who are always available to help our carers with any questions or concerns they may have.
Company Culture
We have ongoing activities throughout the year for all staff to participate, which helps build a better bond among work colleagues.
We also motivate our employees by encouraging carer development, as we do internal hiring for roles such as Rapid Responder and office opportunities.
Training and Development
We provide state-of-the-art training with tools like our Age simulation suit, which helps our carers gain further insight and experience in how our clients might be feeling when performing daily tasks.
We also have a Geriatric patient care manikin that helps with learning patient care, such as pad changes and patient moving and handling.
Our training program covers a wide range of topics, including Stoma and Catheter care, Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Patient moving and handling, and Infection and prevention control.
