Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Financial Controller in managing all financial operations of the hotel.
* Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Monitor revenue, costs, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team.
* Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements.
* Support the finance team with daily operations and reporting.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar) is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
