We utilize a range of innovative tools and methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Atlassian Tool Suite, and DevSecOps, to ensure consistent value delivery, effective collaboration, and security-centric development. Additionally, we leverage Model-Based Engineering and Test Automation to enhance our system architecture, design, and testing processes. The Work:
This position leads and collaborates with a team to ensure efficient flow of goods, services, and information from origin to customer delivery, meeting customer requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Attending program meetings
2. Resource planning and task assignment
3. Generating Bases of Estimates (BOE)
4. Maintaining inventory and accountability of equipment and materials
5. Coordinating asset movement within the program area
6. Assisting with internal and external audits
7. Packing and shipping equipment to remote locations
8. Reporting on lost or damaged assets
Who You Are:
The successful candidate will serve as the lead engineer for logistics support, overseeing support for development environments that enable integrated solutions for ISR warfare systems critical to national defense. These systems will be delivered to military users worldwide.
Basic Qualifications:
* Previous logistics experience
* Experience leading teams
* Experience writing Bases of Estimates (BOE)
* Control Account Manager (CAM) certified
* Proven record of decision making & prioritization planning
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements
* Ability to lift 50lbs
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: TS/SCI
