The Job As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth.
You'll develop and maintain key relationships with targeted accounts, working closely with account managers to ensure year-on-year growth.
Your leadership and strategic insights will help shape our business development efforts, contributing to both revenue and gross margin growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Market Research: Identify new markets and understand customer needs. Client Engagement: Arrange, prepare, and lead business meetings with prospective customers. Product Promotion: Promote our products and services, addressing and understanding client objectives. Sales Contracts: Prepare sales contracts in line with legal guidelines. Customer Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Strategic Development: Map out and develop relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts. Internal Alignment: Work with the leadership team and other departments to formalize and build customer relationships. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in aviation, working within commercial aviation.
Skills:
High level of emotional intelligence and a positive, can-do attitude. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Experience in presenting, attracting, and obtaining new airline supplier approvals. Strong sales track record and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective negotiating skills and proven account management experience. Interested?
