Part-Time HR Administrator (22.5 hours a week – 5 mornings)

About the Role
As a HR Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind efficient HR operations. Working 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday mornings), you will provide hands-on administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and more.

Key Responsibilities
1. Process Coordination
* Manage end-to-end workflows across onboarding, offboarding, probation, and performance processes.
* Maintain employee records (digital and physical) via the HRIS.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
1. Continuous Improvement
* Identify and implement process improvements through automation or system enhancements.
* Support the rollout of new HR technologies and tools.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
* Coordinate recruitment activities, ATS updates, and candidate communications.
* Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation.
* Ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
3. Training & Development
* Assist in training needs analysis and track learning progress.
* Coordinate internal training events and external learning opportunities.
4. Compliance & Documentation
* Ensure all HR practices comply with employment law and internal policies.
* Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready records and support compliance reporting.
5. Payroll & Reporting
* Assist with monthly payroll processes and address staff queries.
* Generate HR reports and support data-driven decision-making.
6. HR Projects & Communications
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including employee surveys and policy updates.
* Support effective internal communication of HR-related updates.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* A third-level qualification in HR or related discipline.
* 2+ years’ experience in HR administration.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
* Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
Desirable:
* Experience supporting digital transformation or HR system implementations.
