Role/ Department:
Transfer Agency (TA) provide administration services to fund management companies covering the full range of Investor servicing functions such as dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements. The Fund Service Centre (FSC) is the contact centre for the TA department.
Reporting to a Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to ensure that investor queries are handled in accordance with our quality and service level standards across calls and emails for all clients. As a Technical Co-Ordinator, along with BAU duties, you will be responsible for working with the Team Leader daily, supporting the team development and enhancing the overall performance of the department.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Support the Team Leader in day-to-day activities and deputise in their absence
Act as a mentor to all members of the team, providing support and assistance where necessary
Represent the department at relevant meetings, forums, client visits as required
Be a subject matter expert and assist the team with handling complex queries, including escalated cases
Utilising phone and email technology to monitor query levels and adapt resourcing to ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met
Ensure that relevant controls are adhered to within the department on a daily basis and assist in providing sign-off of for key processes as required
Look to improve quality through QC process, procedural reviews and enhancements
Provide input to process changes which result in greater operational efficiency and increased quality.
Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.
