The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Trainer to join our CX and Operations Training department. You will support delivery of training to new and existing members of our front office, back office and other operational areas.
You will
Develop, design and facilitate training for a wide range of topics, including but not limited to license obligations and new process training
Evaluate the success of training via feedback and evaluations, and use this data to ensure the success of future training sessions
Adhere to any required training delivery schedules, ensuring that training is delivered within appropriate and realistic time frames
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, target and solve specific training problems at a departmental, team or individual level
Ensure that training records are maintained for auditing and developmental purposes
You have
The capability to deliver new ideas and processes, and the confidence to highlight issues as they arise
An interest in process improvement where there is a balance between the customer and the needs of the business
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
A flexible workstyle with the ability to adhere to deadlines but also understand the changing needs of the business
A working knowledge of compliance and GDPR requirement, and excellent organisational skills
