You will exhibit strong Sales Leadership by mentoring, guiding, and motivating Sales Managers. Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and address team challenges, including recruitment and training/development.

What You Need To Apply
* 5+ years international (preferably omni-channel) Sales Management experience.
* Ability to understand and draft Sales Strategies, translate them into structured systems, and ensure execution and business impact.
* 7+ years Sales/Marketing experience with a proven record of Sales performance.
* Online Sales experience advantageous.
* Results orientated mindset with ambition and drive to deliver against defined metrics.
* People Leadership, Coaching and Conflict Resolution skills.
