Role - Community Operations Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Operations Analyst to join our team.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position working on-site in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Danish and English, and have a strong understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with community inquiries, resolving issues empathetically and efficiently.
* Become knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
* Making well-balanced decisions and being an effective advocate for the community.
* Displaying strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
* Investigating and resolving issues reported on the client's platform, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
About You
* You will possess strong personal resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
* You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions efficiently.
* You will be a team player, able to consistently hit KPIs on time.
Essential Competencies
* Fluency in Danish and English.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Experience working in an office environment is preferable.
* Reliability, consistency, and a passion for ensuring a positive user experience.
