Job Title: Legal Secretary
Location: Dublin City Centre

Our client, a mid-tier law firm, is seeking to employ a Legal Secretary for their Healthcare Litigation department. You will be part of one of Ireland’s leading law firms which offers challenging and rewarding work in a progressive environment. To be successful in this role you must have prior experience in a similar role, along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
1. Preparation and organisation of legal documents
2. Formatting briefs, letters, and various legal documents
3. Corresponding with clients
4. Diary management
5. Analysing, researching, and summarising legal information
6. Filing, invoicing & general administrative support
7. Other ad hoc activities as required
Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 3 years Legal secretarial experience from a busy office
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case management system would be a distinct advantage
5. Must have Billing experience using 3E/equivalent billing system
6. Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy
7. Motivated, with the ability to manage a high workload, multitasking and prioritising tasks
