The Role: Seabridge have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant based at our Head Office.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Conducting monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of invoices and credit notes in the accounting system.
Provide general support to the Finance manager and Finance director, Liaise with other departments such us Account Receivable, Operations and Commercial and assist in other ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
Reconciling bank accounts on a weekly/monthly basis Process invoices and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Update credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Posting weekly/monthly bank payment transactions Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: 3+ years experience working as an accounts assistant Strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Excel Able to work toward and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
