Job Title: Store Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Store Supervisor to assist store management in ensuring a customer-focused sales floor with exceptional floor supervision. As an integral member of the team, you will help maximize store productivity and profitability by assisting in team building, staff development, goal setting, and ensuring compliance with Coach standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a high-energy, sales and service-focused environment
* Evaluate customer experience according to the Coach approach standard
* Inspire team members to meet and exceed performance standards
* Initiate actions based on development needs
* Maintain a confident and commanding floor presence
* Act as advocate for the team
* Develop partnerships with team members
* Represent the brand appropriately in all situations
Requirements:
* Experience in retail service environment in a management position
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Effective communication with customers and staff, and ability to maneuver sales
* Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
