Job purpose
We’re seeking a talented Head of Content Marketing to join our demand generation team. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and experience in campaign management, we’d love to hear from you! Experience in product marketing is a big plus.
Duties and responsibilities
Lead the beqom content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and optimize conversion rates.
Manage and execute high-quality, engaging content for various channels including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Oversee the entire content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
Liaise with PR companies to review/edit content and provide input on strategy.
Manage the workload and delivery of 2 direct reports + agencies.
Analyze and report on campaign performance and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and SaaS to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers as needed for content creation and distribution.
Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI to track the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
Acquire and maintain a well-rounded understanding of beqom’s products, customers, and target audience to plan content accordingly.
Profile we are looking for!
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology industry preferred.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques, with the ability to conduct keyword research, optimize content, and track performance.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Prismic) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with HR technology, or related fields is a plus.
Native in English; additional languages (French or German) are a plus.
Experience in product marketing is a plus.
