Duties:
1. Responsible for putting payment plans in place.
2. Handling a portfolio of customers.
3. Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
4. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
5. Escalating severe queries to management.
6. Dealing with queries in a timely fashion.
7. Corresponding with customers via telephone, letter, and email.
Skills and Experience:
1. 1-2 years experience in customer service.
2. Call center experience - desirable.
3. Graduates - desirable.
4. Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
5. Native level English required.
6. Negotiation skills.
7. I.T Knowledge.
