This position reports to Order Execution Manager.
Your role and responsibilities:
1. Manage order management related transactions with a high degree of accuracy including but not limited to sales orders, project orders, debit/credit memos, payment disputes, and delivery schedules using SAP, SalesForce, and other tools as required.
2. Improve existing customer relationships by forming a deep understanding of client requirements and expectations. Provide positive customer experience by delivering world-class customer care and order management, taking ownership of key accounts.
3. Respond promptly to inquiries, especially when critical issues arise, demonstrating urgency and the ability to influence actions across functions to best serve the customer.
4. Foster teamwork and emotional intelligence by supporting team members and building collaborative relationships across functions to enhance customer service.
5. Develop creative and proactive solutions to day-to-day and event-based problems. Lead lean process improvement efforts by participating in continuous improvement projects. Engage in solutions to process challenges. Create and analyze reports as needed to support customers, processes, metrics, and projects.
