The Line Manager Role
We are seeking a Line Manager to lead and support a department and team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role will report to the Deputy Manager and focus on:
* Creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
* Managing the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager are absent
* Ensuring teams are fully trained and validated in their roles
* Fostering two-way communication and trust
* Coaching and managing colleagues to meet daily priorities and deliver customer needs
The successful candidate will also:
* Review reports and systems to drive improvements
* Implement a culture of zero food waste and effective stock control
* Recruit passionate colleagues who understand customer needs
* Manage cleaning specifications and ensure plan delivery
