Ravenport Resort Wexford's Newest Resort Hotel seeks a Spa & Health Club Manager.
We welcome an enthusiastic, confident Spa Manager to join us in our New LIR Spa and Health Club. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional services to our loyal client base.
The ideal candidate will:
* Oversee training, payroll, evaluation, and service standards for spa staff.
* Manage and motivate all spa employees.
* Monitor customer service, inspecting rooms, and speaking with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Identify new business and marketing opportunities.
* Liaise between hotel departments; clients and guests for conference groups; and guests as required.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
* Develop and implement Spa goals, policies, and procedures.
* Promote and sell customized spa programs to conference groups as needed.
* Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
* Perform departmental employee performance development plans.
* Attend Hotel communication meetings as necessary
* Complete regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary, review brands, plan, and implement systems to maximize sales and revenue.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
* At least 3-4 years previous experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
* Relevant qualifications.
* Proven Spa Therapist experience and knowledge of treatments required.
* A background working with Sothy's would be desirable.
* Experience in sales would also be beneficial.
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
