Career Opportunity at Claire's
As a 3rd Keyholder, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a fun shopping experience, and demonstrating Claire's products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales target achievement through friendly and efficient customer service
* Delivering excellent customer experiences
* Demonstrating Claire's products
* Assisting customers with queries using product knowledge
* Supporting store operations, including deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
* Providing ear piercing services (with full training)
* Maintaining store appearance and presentation
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year retail experience
* Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer skills
* Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills
* Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
* Physical ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
