Job Title: Assistant Lecturer/Lecturer in BIM/Digital Construction
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our Department of Architecture & Built Environment as a full-time Assistant Lecturer/Lecturer. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences across our suite of programmes, focusing on BIM/Digital Construction-related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students enrolled in BIM/Digital Construction-related modules.
* Develop and maintain curriculum content, ensuring it remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
* Pursue research opportunities, publishing scholarly work in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
Requirements:
* PhD in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Digital Technologies).
* Strong academic and practicing experience in BIM, Digital Construction, and Research.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
* A track record of publications, presentations, and other forms of scholarly engagement.
