Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions to improve data collection, management, and use.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Manage stakeholders, including Business Leads, IT programme resources, and technology vendors.
* Support evolving data analytics and reporting requirements.
Requirements
* Relevant bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or minimum three years relevant IT or data analytics experience.
* Unconditional authorisation to live and work in Ireland.
* Proven experience in ICT project management, data management, and reporting.
* Experience leading technical projects in operational environments.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and business process reengineering expertise.
