Job Description:
A Permanent Reward Specialist is required to support the global organisation in a busy area of their business. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the design and implementation of the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes and processes.
* Develop, maintain and execute the Reward Annual Plan and Calendar.
* Ensure the delivery of Reward services to agreed time, cost and quality standards.
* Coach and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding and their support of the Reward policies and agenda.
* Continuously review and enhance relevant policy and process documentation to facilitate effective delivery of Reward services to the business.
* Perform assigned reward benchmarking activities (including salary & benefit surveys, salary positioning) to agreed quality standards.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience in a Reward Specialist Role.
* Strong operational understanding of Total Reward policies and programmes.
* Excellent analytical, communications and stakeholder management skills.
* Passion for using your expertise to develop innovative solutions that add value to the business.
