Overview of the Role
AMZUR INFOTECH is looking for a highly effective NetSuite Practice Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team. In this role, you will utilize your experience to improve AMZUR INFOTECH’s profitability in technology implementations while improving the expertise, hands-on implementation guidance, and project management leadership.
What will your role entail?
1. Manages the practice and orchestrates resource balancing to achieve team-based profitability and other KPIs.
2. Responsible for effective management of consulting practices P&L.
3. Participates in annual consulting practice planning budget.
4. Monitors practice pipeline/capacity with sufficient foresight to drive intended resource utilization and productivity.
5. Maintains a thorough understanding of AMZUR INFOTECH’s strategic initiatives and correlates practice goals accordingly.
6. Works with project team members and PMO to proactively manage risks and client expectations through all phases of project implementation.
7. Provides solution architecture and design consulting services.
8. Participates in pre-sales activities including introductory calls, product demonstrations, scope/deliverable/milestone identification, project estimation, and proposal review.
9. Collaborates with the sales team to effectively transition new clients into consulting practice.
10. Instrumental in transitioning completed client projects to AMZUR INFOTECH Customer Care team for ongoing support.
11. Collaborates with Project Managers and Account Executives to remedy client satisfaction issues that may occur during engagement serving as an escalation point when required.
12. Continuous mentoring of Consulting Managers and all levels of consulting resources to define career path and achieve personal/professional goals. Conducts quarterly performance reviews.
13. Assists with management of AMZUR INFOTECH Partner Program. Fosters relationship with designated partners and strategizes to obtain adequate training and certification.
14. Participates in vertical specific industry events to drive market presence, foster client relationships, and generate/nurture leads.
15. Organizes User conference presentations to demonstrate AMZUR INFOTECH knowledge and expertise in designated areas.
