What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading the team with energy and enthusiasm to deliver top-notch service to every guest – every time.
2. Training, developing, and mentoring your team to ensure they’re performing at their best and hitting their goals.
3. Keeping standards high – from spotless spaces to well-presented and professional staff, you’ll set the tone.
4. Managing budgets, stock control, and purchasing to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
5. Driving revenue by coaching the team to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets.
6. Ensuring compliance with HACCP, cash handling, and hotel policies – keeping everything shipshape.
7. Keeping communication open and seamless with the management team to ensure all departments work together like clockwork.
8. Helping the hotel achieve outstanding inspection results – we’ll aim for nothing less!
