To support their ambitious plans, they are seeking to appoint a strategic and commercially astute Finance Director.This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership position with clear potential to progress to Managing Director in the medium term.About the RoleThe Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and operational strategy of the business. The ideal candidate will have:Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and 5+ years working at a CFO/FD levelProven Financial Expertise: Experience in a senior finance role, ideally as Finance Director, within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.Strategic Vision: The ability to align financial and operational strategies with business objectives.Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.Leadership Potential: A track record of leading teams and working collaboratively across departments.
