Commercial Property Solicitor Leading Irish Law Firm Profile In support of their continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a banking and property law Solicitor.
This is a full time role and salary will be based on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: Demonstrate the requisite technical knowledge in Commercial Banking/ Property LawDeliver clear and precise advice to clients to meet their expectations as a Solicitor.Manage clients on the fees- provide clients with information regarding retainers, estimates, timely billing and fee collectionUndertaking relevant legal research as requiredManage client relationship during the course of businessWhere appropriate, instruct and supervise support staff in relation to their roles in the transaction process.Update partner / fee earner in charge of file with regard to progress of caseKeep appraised of changes in Banking and Property procedures and developments in law.Undertaking any other associated duties as may be assigned from time to time.Education & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor PQE 3-6 YearsPractising Certificate.Compliance with Continuing Professional Development ("C.P.D.") requirements.Experience & Skills: Minimum of three years PQE in a mid tier or large Irish law firmExperience in banking and finance law is required.Experience in real estate and construction law would be desirableExcellent analytical & drafting skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritise effectively, to meet deadlines and to see tasks through to conclusion
