Job Purpose:
The HR Services Manager is responsible to the Deputy Director of Human Resources and works closely with them to manage HR Services.
The HR Services Department (HRS) provides advice and support to all employees of in relation to statutory and non-statutory leave types while ensuring that these leaves are recorded and advised to the Payroll Department in a timely manner.
The primary objective of the role is to manage the team and to ensure that all processes for employees are met for each payroll deadline.
The position has the responsibility for the workload in HR Services and the training and supervision of all HR Services employees to ensure an excellent and efficient service for over 4,300 employees and growing.
