Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Lead AD & SB Review Engineer – Technical Services to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

The Role:
* Based in Dublin, the Technical Services AD & SB Review Lead Engineer will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and mandatory Service Bulletins (SB) for the Ryanair Group aircraft. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver the following:
* Responsible for identifying AD and SB requirements applicable to the group fleet.
* Oversight of the AD implementation process – from initial AD review to Chief Engineer sign off and embodiment compliance.
* Support the AD & SB Review Manager by leading a team of AD & SB engineers and their responsibilities.
* Responsible for drafting and updating AD and SB related handbook and CAME procedures.
* Chair the monthly and quarterly group AD Committee Meetings with senior management.
* Act as a deputy of the AD & SB Manager for all AD and SB related matters when required.
* Creation and delivery of technical reports and/or presentations regarding AD and/or SB compliance.
* Management of Ad-Hoc projects assigned by the AD & SB Review Manager when required.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role in an airline.
* A strong familiarity with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other Service Information provided by the OEMs.
* Technical knowledge of the Boeing 737NG, 737-8200 and Airbus A320 is an advantage.
* Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 rules.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to operate at the highest level within Ryanair’s Engineering organisation, including the Chief Engineers of AOCs and National Authorities.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with management both internal and external.
* Demonstrate leadership attributes to keep the team engaged and to lead through day-to-day activities.
