The Role
PE Global are recruiting for a Customer Insights & CRM Specialist for our client based in Newbridge, Kildare. This is a permanent role, with hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
* CRM Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of CRM strategy, driving customer engagement and retention.
* Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage audience insights to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance fan experience and increase attendance.
* Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize customer segmentation techniques to personalize communications and maximize marketing effectiveness.
* Reporting & Analytics: Deliver key insights on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and race day engagement, RMS and social through CRM data analysis.
* CRM System Management: Ensure optimal use of CRM platform, supporting internal teams in effective data utilization.
* Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate closely with the marketing, racecourse, and data insights teams to ensure a seamless, data-driven, and personalized fan experience.
* Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure adherence to GDPR and data protection regulations.
Education and Experience
* A business-related third-level qualification or relevant work experience.
* 2+ years of experience using an email campaign management tool (e.g., DotDigital, Mailchimp) and ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 (preferred), Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
* Proven experience in CRM, database marketing, or customer insights.
* Analytical mindset with expertise in data segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
* Experience in email marketing and survey tools, with a focus on automation and personalization.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of the sports or entertainment industry is a plus.
