**Contract Manager (MEICA)**
Mayo INFORM3 is currently recruiting for a MEICA Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of projects across the North West of Ireland.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement and manage the delivery of MEICA projects in accordance with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
* Lead the project team in producing timely Risk Assessments, Method Statements, H&S Site Management plans, and Work Package Plans.
* Support the Project Delivery Team with information for Construction Phase Plans.
* Take ownership and responsibility for projects, encompassing financial, progressive, and team aspects.
* Review project scope and contribute to presentation documents as required.
* Cultivate and maintain safe working practices on site.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Project/Contracts Management.
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Rigorous adherence to Health & Safety standards and quality control.
* Strong communication skills.
* Able to work within a large team environment.
* Full clean Driver's Licence.
