Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing day-to-day coverage for reactive requests from clients and planned fabric maintenance. The successful candidate will take the lead in providing Facilities Management on the client premises.
Main Responsibilities
* Carry out planned maximo preventative maintenance on all building fabric under our control as per the Maximo PM system schedule and close out on time.
* Carry out routine property & facility Inspections as per schedule.
* Assist with Engineering helpdesk requests, carry out and close where needed.
* Raising Purchase orders for reactive works and daily contracts.
* Carry out toolbox talks.
* Organising meeting room layouts for events.
* Audit preps work.
* Regular site walks to determine areas that require attention.
* Assist the engineering team to carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the Plant CMMS / CAFM system.
* Ensure that all contractors and staff are H&S compliant, including managing and creating documents for SSOW, RAMS, Permits, etc.

Qualifications and Experience
* At least 3 years experience in a similar position and environment.
* 3 years post qualified experience.
* Previous experience working in a building services maintenance role.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm.
