Community Tobacco Cessation Facilitator

Job Description:
The Community Tobacco Facilitator will work towards achieving the objective of Tobacco Free Ireland, a HSE national policy priority programme which aims to reduce the prevalence of smoking to less than 5% of the population from 2025 onwards. This role involves engaging with population groups and communities where smoking prevalence is highest and facilitating a range of behavioural support strategies and initiatives to help make Smoke Free the norm in keeping with HSE Policy and standards. This area of work will require a strong community development ethos.
