Business Development Executive
Description:
We are seeking two experienced Business Development Executives to join our team. One position will focus on building the business in offshore Operations and Management, while the other will cover onshore - Construction and Civils sector.
Main Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector, both onshore and offshore.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
* Attend networking opportunities including conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development ideally within the construction and civil engineering industry.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or relevant field (not essential).
* Experience of selling a service and telesales.
* Understanding of construction and civil engineering processes, technologies, and market trends.
* Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to prioritize a busy workload while working under pressure.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel for sector and industry-related events in the UK and Europe.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours, Monday to Thursday in the office and Friday from home.
Salary:
£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
